MACKENZYTHEPOET LLC offers local poetry reading services throughout the Scotch Plains, Rahway, Linden & Westfield, Elizabeth, NJ areas. He is available to perform anywhere in the United States or internationally. All interested parties will need to provide lodging and transportation to and from the event. Mackenzy Samedi has been writing original poems ever since he was 15 and loves sharing his work with others in the community.

Each poetry reading contains material from Mackenzy's four published poetry books. His poems are inspired by God and are designed to help readers and listeners alike deepen their faith.
It goes deeper than faith. They are experiences, the human struggles, lessons already learned, and some to be learned as his story and journey continue. He talks about all sides of himself. It could be: the good, the bad, the pain, the mistakes, the struggle, the success, the ugly, the joy, and the victory.
